How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Standard shipping is $12. We also offer express postage for $25. Your order will be sent by Express Post by the next business day. 

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to send all orders out within three business days, but it usually happens quicker than that.

If you need your toys urgently, please contact us by email at info@lovelanzshop.com before placing an order so we can give you an ETA.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to keep your personal and credit card details confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

How long do shipping takes?

Each doll we offer is custom-made just for you! Shipping times vary depending on location:

  • 1-4 working days within the USA
  • 3-6 working days if based in Europe
  • 5-7 working days for other countries

We offer worldwide shipping for all our products via UPSFedEx, or DHL.

You will receive your product safely in a simple, totally anonymous cardboard box without any writing or label that could reveal the contents. No one knows what’s inside except you! Your privacy is safe with us.

After your order ships, we will provide a tracking code to track your delivery easily.

How and when will you deliver my order?

So what if my Lingerie doesn’t fit?

Please note that we cannot refund lingerie items for health reasons, including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings, and briefs. We can also not offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you “changed your mind”.

We MAY issue an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes if your outfit does not fit, provided it has not been worn, damaged, soiled, or laundered in any way. It is returned to us in its original packaging with labels attached. Accordingly, please ensure you wear undergarments when trying these items on at home and take care when unpacking and repacking your outfit. We reserve the right to refuse credit if, in our opinion, the outfit has been worn, soiled, or laundered in any way.

Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes typically fit tight, so if you doubt two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

We cannot offer a credit on any sale, clearance, or discounted item unless the item is found to be faulty.

When sending an item back to us for a credit, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send by registered post and retain your proof of postage, as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.

You must notify us within five 5 working days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an credit. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number to be considered for credit.
