Shipping Information

Lovelanzshop offers free shipping on all products within the continental USA & CA. Taxes and customs fees apply. Premium shipping options are available, such as shipping from the US and shipping in a flight case. 

Our products are shipped in discreet, non-branded boxes. We value your privacy and make tracking and scheduling your delivery easy. We also offer easy and safe self-pickup options with UPS and FedEx.

The production and fulfillment process begins once we receive your order and process the payment. This normally takes about 4-6 weeks to complete. You will receive regular updates and details on the progress of the shipping. 

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer a standard return policy, but we still want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If the item is returned due to manufacturing defects or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after the package has been delivered. Proper inspection of the packaging and the product is strongly recommended upon arrival. When you receive your package, please check the content to ensure your new dolls have arrived intact. We will replace any missing or damaged elements, or replace the complete unit. Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address provided by our customer support team. Items returned without original packaging will not be replaced or exchanged, so please keep all packaging for the 7-day return period. We sell personal health products, therefore we cannot process or refund any items that were used or modified in any way.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.
